Microdosing Monday 3/11/24 Life is a whirlwind and I’m but a small leaf blowing in the storm. Each day is a scramble to scrabble through, but the sun is shining and no matter how easy something is to read, the words have yet to write themselves. Last week I wrote two blog posts. One about my reading at Poetry Speaks in Evansville, IN and another about the best book haul of my life. I finished a few poems, and hustled tying up some tour and reading dates. I got to see my songwriting/musician friend, Justin Frey, who’s just back from a month long trip to Thailand and Vietnam. And I got to attend a reception for the winners of Toledo City Paper’s Best of Toledo awards. Story about that forthcoming.
